Buys of the week! Number 1.

This week I was in Dublin and had to go into Urban Outfitters, my favourite shop!
I bought two pieces of clothes in the sale, it was my Moms birthday so I had to use my money sparingly , haha!

The first thing I bought was these shorts, I thought they were so nice and summery, perfect for when it gets sunnier!

I bought them for €14 but I think they were €45!

Second is this skirt, at the start I was worried it might be too much but I think its really special and different, its so comfy and really pretty! This was €12 on sale.

I also bought a colourful notebook because I needed a new one!

Morrocan Brown Rice Mix

Hey everyone,
I am just after making something so yummy that I had to post about it straight away, this is my first proper post as well! So exiting!
I made this dish for lunch, its really versitile, make it with whatever you have at home! This is the exact recepie I made today;

You will need;

• brown rice
• baby carrot ( optional )
• almond butter
• coconut oil
• kale
• mixed beans 
• Morrocan spice
• chicken ( i used cajun, but any will work )

Boil the brown rice while frying the other ingredients in coconut oil, then mix together in pan with almond butter!
Its so, so simple!
It should be really colourful and yummy!

although my blog is called the cat goes meow it has absolutely nothing to do with my relationship with cats, i'm way more of a dog person! ( i have three! )
